How Do I Book a Class?

What Is the Late Cancellation Policy?
Requests for cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in either a deduction of 1 class credit from your pack or a $20 fee.
Is It Required To Wear Grippy Socks?
Absolutely. Grippy socks are mandatory for your safety and stability during the class. If you forget your socks, we have them available for purchase at our studio.
